RUSSIAN CHICKEN

I love this recipe.... my mom makes it a lot... and now it's one of my little family favorites...

1 cup apricot or pineapple jam
1 8oz russian dressing

mix together. pour over chicken.

we make this in the crock pot... high for just a couple of hours

served with rice or on rolls {YUMMY sandwiches...}

this is one of our family favorites:

in CROCK POT~~

4 frozen chkn breasts
1 package crm cheese
1 can crm mushroom
1 package dry italian dressing
1/2 stick butter

let cook on high for 3ish hours
when cooked through~ shred chicken with fork
serve over white sticky rice
