1 cup apricot or pineapple jam
1 8oz russian dressing
mix together. pour over chicken.
we make this in the crock pot... high for just a couple of hours
served with rice or on rolls {YUMMY sandwiches...}

We make this recipe for large events at church, or for funerals because it is easy, and serves a lot. We add a packet of powdered french onion dressing. My friend also makes it in a dutch oven.
OK. Here's my recipe to contribute:
TACO SOUP
1 can beef broth
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can corn
1 can kidney beans
1 can cream of potato soup
1 lb. beef (browned)
1 med. onion (diced)
1 pkg. taco seasoning
-combine all ingredients (without draining any of the cans) and cook on low heat on stovetop for 1 hour. Top with cheese and sour cream. Use tortilla chips (I prefer the Tostitos Scoops) to scoop the soup up or serve with cornbread.
My kids love this one because they get to eat chips with their meal. Very quick and easy to make.
